My style of photography is the kind that thrives in in-home family portrait sessions. Shooting your family session at your home, even if we move elsewhere after a while, is so excellent for a handful of reasons.

1. Everyone is more comfortable at home. And this is especially true if we’re involving young kids in the session, EVEN MORE SO if they’re given to shyness.
2. We get to capture even more authentically how you all exist and live as a family. We build a session based around aspects of your daily lives, recreating how you love and interact so that you can always look back and remember and relive.
3. No one needs to worry about bringing things to the session location, like a change of clothes or a special item. It’s all here already!
4. Best of all, you get to capture and remember your home. Just the way it is, just the way you are in it. And that is exactly what you and your family will appreciate in later years. That raw authenticity that warms the heart.
