Jessica & Brian are two of the most laidback and go-with-the-flow people I have ever, ever met. If you also assume that they are some of the coolest people, you’d be 100% correct.
I was hooked at their engagement story, which Jessica told me over coffee in Atlanta, where I felt like I was talking to a longtime friend. She and Brian has gotten engaged at a winery in Italy, while they were there on a dance retreat. A-mazing. From there, my affection for this couple only grew.
We had discussed plans for their engagement session, which we had scheduled rather close to their wedding, since we didn’t need it for save the date or invitations, only so we could get a feel for each other while getting awesome pictures at the same time. One of my favorite ways to plan engagement sessions is through comfort and action. Jessica & Brian live in her home in Atlanta, so it’s an important spot for them, and they visit the {completely amazing} Decatur Farmer’s Market regularly.
So, what did we do? We had an in-home and Farmer’s Market engagement session.
I love these types of sessions because they’re SO candid, SO relaxing. They’re especially good for anyone who has ever felt uncomfortable in front of a camera {ie pretty much all of us at some point?}.
Thank you, Jessica & Brian.
