Caroline is a young woman after my own heart. She’s applying to SCAD’s fashion program, and as part of her application portfolio, she put together a vintage ensemble for both her and her good friend/date for prom! We got together in Downtown Gainesville to bring back the feeling of bygone days with the help of the Collegiate Grill & her father’s vintage car. Everything she and her date wore was something she found and put together!
My inspiration for the shoot started out based on advertisements from the 50’s & 60’s, moving into a couple of shameful looks from Caroline, who was inspiration by herself!
