One of the reasons I love what I do is that I get to meet all kinds of people. People I would never had the chance to get to know, had we not been brought together by their wedding or other important moment in their life.
Each wedding I do is unique, just like the people themselves, and I always treat it that way.
I go into every wedding with a blank slate. Planning to not really plan. Letting inspiration and the feeling of the day and of the couple take me where they will.
This freedom allows me to be who I am, capturing who the couple is without falsehood. Without stuffiness or over-posing. Without dishonesty.
A complete retelling of the day as I saw and felt it, allowing the feelings to come through the pictures and through the quiet and not-so-quiet moments of the couple’s day.
